All orders will be shipped by FEDEX Ground unless otherwise specified. Ordering party will be charged for S&H. Additional other specific FEDEX charges (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) will be added to your invoice amount if requested. If a rush order is needed, please call (858) 509-1865 for expedited service.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from NeckXsystems™ in the form of a numbered Return Authorization.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Return of product sold more than thirty (30) days prior will not be authorized. Return of overstock must be authorized in advance and include a numbered Return Authorization. A restocking fee will apply. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for returned goods, unless otherwise noted on Return Authorization. NeckXsystems™ will pay for freight only if return is due to an error on our part and is reported within ten (10) days of receipt of goods. Credit will be issued to customer’s account only for unopened, undamaged product that NeckXsystems™ deems in sellable condition. No cash refunds will be issued for returns. NeckXsystems™ assumes no responsibility for merchandise lost or damaged during shipment from our warehouse. There will be a fifteen (15%) Restocking Charge on all returned goods. Restocking charge will be based on invoice price at the time of sale (or the lowest price charged in situations where invoice date is unknown) and will apply to all returns.

To replace any NeckX® product within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods if defect of material or workmanship is apparent.
