Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy applies to Neck X LLC and governs data collection and usage. By using the site you consent to the data practice described in this Privacy Policy.

Collection of your Information:- You may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on site including:

(a) registering for an account on the site, (b) enter a sweepstake or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners, (c) sign up for special offers from selected third parties (d) sending us an email message. The personal information that we collect about you may include: (a) contact information, such as name, postal address, email address, and phone number, and (b) demographic information, such as job information, or postal code.

NeckX® takes reasonable steps to secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When personal information is transmitted to other websites it is protected through the use of encryption such as the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information you acknowledge that (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control, and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Site cannot be guaranteed.

Children Under Thirteen

Neck X does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information. From time to time, NeckX® may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotion offers, alters confirmations, surveys and/or other general communication.

NeckX® is based in the State of Colorado in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer to and processing and storage of your information in countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws than those in the country where you reside.
